Creating a custom order is easy! Use the menus on the Tag's product page to build your Custom ID Tag! 

Once you place an order, we get to work making that item just for your rebel dawg. Keep this in mind, because all custom orders are final sale.

Our Tags are handcrafted using the highest quality acrylic, sourced within the U.S. We hand pour our own signature colors, ensuring they are BPA-free and classified as non-hazardous under OSHA regulations. We definitely don’t recommend anyone eat them though.

Wipe clean with water or spare drool. Do not use any chemical cleaners or rough scrubbing tools! Love us gently.

Mirror Double-Sided ID Tags and Nameplates should stay away from any water!

Every Tag comes with two split rings unless EZ-Clips are also purchased in the order at checkout. If EZ-Clips are purchased, we will place one split ring and one EZ-Clip on each purchased Tag for our customers convenience. 

Our Tags are strong and lightweight. They're meant to be worn daily and handle everyday wear and tear. If you have a super active player in your pack, we do suggest removing our products during playtime so they’ll last longer. Mirror Tags should receive a bit more TLC. For the crazy playa, we recommend Glitter, Marble, Opaque and Neon! 

We’ve spent crazy amounts of time making sure our products look as true to life as possible on our website, but phone and computer screens are all different so please expect slight variations.

If you realize you made an error on a recently submitted order, reply to your confirmation email IMMEDIATELY and we will do our best to put a stop to your order. We get working on orders right away to keep our delivery times fast, so we can’t make any promises, but we’ll do our best! 

Our Tags are hand-made for your dawg in Brooklyn, NY. Our paws work fast! Orders placed after 12pm EST will be processed the following business day. Customized items typically take between 7-10 business days to ship out. Ready-made Tags (Rebel Tags, Charms and Single Sided Initials) typically take between 3-5 business days to ship. If your order contains both customized & ready-made items we will hold the shipment until all items are ready. Once your item ships,  you’ll get an email update with a tracking link and anticipated delivery date. Please note, that USPS First Class mail (our default shipping option) can take between 2-10 business days. Rebel Dawg is not responsible for USPS shipping delays or lost packages. However, we will do our best to assist in shipping issues. 

We offer free shipping for all orders $45+ in the Continental U.S. Orders under $45 will be charged a flat $3 shipping fee for USPS First Class Mail. Orders shipping to Hawaii and international destinations will be subject to additional fees, which will be visible upon checkout. Custom duties and fees are the customer's responsibility. If your international package is delayed, please contact your postmaster. Once your package leaves the U.S., it's out of our paws. Sorry, we do not ship to P.O. Boxes.  

Yes, we do! If you would like to expedite shipping, please choose the relevant shipping method upon checkout.  Additional rates will apply. Please note that choosing an expedited shipping method does not mean that the tag will be processed faster. If you need your order processed faster, please write a comment in the Notes section of your order checkout and we will do our best to accommodate your request.  

We package our orders carefully and ship via USPS First Class with delivery confirmation.

We happily accept Visa, MasterCard, Apple Pay, Discover, JCB, and PayPal. We wish we could take dog bones, but maybe someday…

We are rebels, but we are required by law to charge sales tax on all orders. The nerve! 

Of course! During the checkout process you will be presented with a Gift Order option.

As soon as we receive your order, you’ll get a confirmation email. (Be patient. Sometimes take a few minutes.)

We can accept returns or an exchange for a $5 restocking fee on Rebel Tags, Rebel Charms, or Alpha Dawgs. Contact us within 3 days of receiving your order and we will work it out. Please note, shipping is at the customer's expense.

Mother pupper! We work hard to be perfect, but if we’ve made a mistake, reach out ASAP. We’ll make it up to you as best we can! 

Should something happen to your item, during normal usage, we’ll make sure you and your rebel dawg are happy. Just reach out and let us know what’s up!
